Bi-color and multicolor coextrusion dies.Double materials coextrusion dies.Flexible-rigid& front-back coextrusion dies.Co-extrusion is the technic to feed different material or the same but different color material into more than two (including two) extruders and composite the material into one product with one set of extrusion tooling. We have all kinds of co-extrusion tooling, including soft-hard co-extrusion, two-color co-extrusion, two-material co-extrusion, scrap recycling co-extrusion, compatible co-extrusion, back co-extrusion tooling and three-layer-compound-pipe (mandrel foam and JP inside and outside) tooling. Besides pipe tooling, other co-extrusion tooling dies have the prepared mould plate so that it can be changed to produce non-co-extrusion profile if needed.
