The end product is resistant to the weather and is environmentally safe. Applications for this product include door thresholds and high impact areas.

WPC foaming toolings

We produce foam tooling that can plasticize and foam in the die with special foaming agents. Within our dies are special compression zones which make the finished product hard on the outside. The design of our calibrator system has a special cooling section before the main calibrator to ˇ°quick coolˇ± the extrusion which results in superior surface finish and excellent durability of the finished extrusion. The interior remains in the foam state and is flexible yet rigid.
